Angus & Emma purchased La Couture in December 2024 and have concentrated on updating and improving the property. They believe in excellence and quality and that can be clearly seen in the property now. In 2026 they added a new in-ground heated swimming pool. The pool terrace area is a lovely place to rest and enjoy the sun.
In 2026 the Gite had a new double bedroom added. This increases the number of bedrooms to 3. At the same time a new fully equipped bathroom and shower was also added.
La Couture is located on the outskirts of Montferrand Du Perrigord and is surround by beautiful countryside and nature. The property sits on 1.5 Hectares of land and leads down to the river.
